This class will focus on the preparation & planning of raw and vegan dishes without the use of a food dehydrator. Learn tips & techniques for achieving cooked food flavor palettes through a new and exciting Raw Food perspective. This introductory class focuses on creating raw, fresh condiments that can easily be added to a plethora of recipes. Learn to make: Herb Butter; Date Sweetener; Sour Cream; Holiday Hash; Cranberry Chutney; and Creamy Miso Garlic Sauce. All raw!
