Quick #kitchentip for keeping your leafy green herbs fresher for a longer period of time (I’m taking weeks here!): break down your herbs from their stems - don’t chop them up unless you’re eating them right away. Dry the herbs very well. Place them in a paper/cloth lined tupperware container. Cover them with the paper/cloth and place the container lid on before storing in the fridge.
